Course Overview

I am really delighted that you are considering embarking on this short (approx. 2 hour) certified course entitled ‘Children and Grief’. This is a really important area particularly during the current circumstances that COVID-19 presents.  This course is based on a live training webinar that I recorded in November of last year, well before there was any whisper of COVID-19.  However, as I reviewed the content it was a little eery how relevant the information presented related to what children may be experiencing at this time with all the sense of loss in so many aspects of their lives.  As you will discover during this course, the definition of grief that guides this course is very broad and includes lots of life circumstances that can trigger feelings of grief including significant changes to our life circumstances.
